The Bay Agora is luxury communal living for people interested in building and supporting parallel institutions in the Bay Area. The house itself is an experiment in this: we'll employ chef and cleaning services to both maximize our own time and support local workers.

With the extra time we'd like to cultivate an environment of development, to create a space for sharing in both learning and doing. In a typical week we'd share communal meals and meet with other locals to discuss all our projects and work. Ideally we all converse, network, and grow together.

How much does this cost? How long will it last? How many people?

The estimated cost is $3,000/mo per room, subject to final house and services. The lease will most likely be for six months. Target start date is the first half of 2021, depending on availablity. I'm looking for at least two other people.
